HANDICAP FAQ - I NEED MY HANDICAP CARD NOW.
Q. I need my handicap card for my weekend tournament, but I don't have time to get to my club to print it out. Help!
A. No worries! It is now easier than ever to obtain a copy of your handicap card (the white sticker that displays your GHIN # and previous 20 scores) while on the go.
The easiest way to to download the MGA mobile app - search for MGA Home in the Apple's App Store or Google Play.
You no longer need to visit your club and print a copy of your card from the small printer by the GHIN scoring kiosk. In fact, many clubs are starting to remove those printers since there are so many easier and better online options for golfers.
The MGA Home mobile app is available for free download to all MGA Member Golfers who currently hold an active MGA/USGA GHIN Handicap Index with an MGA Member Club.
Once logged in, you just click the "Handicap Card" icon on the main screen and your personalized handicap card will appear with the most recent data.
The MGA Home mobile app — available for both Android and Apple devices at the App Store — allows you to manage your handicap information from the convenience of your smartphone. CLICK HERE for a helpful list of FAQs to help you learn more about this MGA Member Service.
You can also access your handicap card in two other ways.
My MGA Home - Log into your personalized home page online at MGAlinks.org and click on the little handicap card icon located next to your club membership. Hint: If you are using the My MGA Home program for the first time, the system has automatically set your password to be the same as your GHIN number.
To log in, please enter your current GHIN number in the login and password fields. If you have established a password in the past (most likely through the MGA's online registration program), please input your GHIN # and your personal password.
GHIN.com - Visit the main web site and select the "Handicap Lookup" option located at the top of the page. You only need to input your GHIN #. Click on the "Handicap Card" tab and your card will display on screen.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mike Wice at mwice@mgalinks.org.

MEMBER DAY ALERT - UPCOMING LOTTERY DATES.
The MGA Member Day program continues to be a huge hit with golfers from across the state.
CLICK HERE to read a recent story about the Member Day @ Fall River CC.
Although Member Days allow for an individual to play with a group up to four, many use these events to meet new people and play a new course.
And because every one of the 15 Member Day sites are private courses, these Member Day are one of the only ways that players can test out a new facility that they otherwise would miss out on.
The new lottery registration system - introduced this past spring - allows golfers to easily sign up for up to four individuals at one time for any of the upcoming MGA Member Day events.
Here are a few upcoming events with lottery close dates quickly approaching. The entry fee - which is collected only after the lottery has been conducted - is $80 for each event that includes golf, cart and range balls. Pro shop credit is awarded to the top three scorers in both the net and gross divisions.
