The week-long celebration is designed to place a greater focus on and provide increased access to golf’s female demographic.

Four participating golf facilities highlight the week-long celebration, each offering a unique blend of social, instructional, and competitive offerings by their respective PGA Professional staff.  Each facility, Renaissance (Haverhill, MA – June 1), The Bay Club at Mattapoisett (Mattapoisett, MA. – June 2nd), Granite Links (Quincy, MA – June 3) and Brookline Golf Course (Chestnut Hill, MA – June 4), will welcome over 50 participants each day through various programming.

“We are proud to support Women’s Golf Week at Brookline Golf Course,” said General Manager Justin Lawson, PGA. “The Brookline Women’s Golf Association provides female golfers the ability to play up to three different times during the week in organized formats. An important aspect of our mission at the course is to provide opportunities to grow our programs by creating awareness and partnering with the various golf organizations. We look forward to June 4th where we get the opportunity to showcase our program and create a unique golf experience for all the stop by.”

The week-long celebration coincides with the international Women’s Golf Day on Tuesday, June 1st. Women’s Golf Day hosts a Palooza on Tuesday, May 25th – a digital celebration led by Jack Nicklaus and Annika Sorenstam – to connect new and established golfers around the world.
