GHIN CHALLENGES
Now introducing: GHIN Challenges. The Mass Golf GHIN Challenges Series is a statewide competition organized by Mass Golf and hosted at participating Member Clubs across Massachusetts. The GHIN Challenges are a way for any Mass Golf member to compete in an open, handicapped event, with an opportunity to win prizes.

When Do I Play? The Series runs from July 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. See each region’s playing timeline below.
Who Is Eligible? Any active Mass Golf member, age 18+. Please note: The 1929 Club Challenge is ONLY open to individuals who are members of the 1929 Club.
How Does It Work? To participate in a GHIN Challenge event, golfers must do the following
- Register for the specific GHIN Challenge through USGA GHIN Mobile App registration platform prior to the event’s registration deadline.
- Play at least 3 eligible rounds (posting at least 3 scores) at a designated course during the Competition Period.
What Can I Win? A series of prize pool items includes the following items, distributed among events and recipients.
- Free Foursome of golf at host course(s)
- Titleist Vokey SM 11 wedge(s)
- Foursome entry into a 2027 Mass Golf Member Day
- Titleist Pro V1 golf balls
- Mass Golf hat(s) by Imperial
