All Mass Golf Volunteers and Officials can begin signing up for events on Wednesday, February 21st at 9:00 a.m.
The entire Mass Golf Championship and Tournament schedule – including qualifying dates and sites – is readily available online at MassGolf.org. Here are quick links to the major event categories:
Although not included in the Volunteer Sign-Up process, we also are seeking volunteers for the 2018 Member Day events. If you are interested in volunteering for Member Days, please contact Connor McDonagh-Poh.
Similar to past seasons, we ask that you use the My Mass Golf Home program to sign up for the events you would like to officiate/volunteer for this season.
This system allows you to sign-up for events that fit your schedule as well as keep track of the events you are assigned to officiate. As the roster of officials at each event fills up, we will be keeping an eye on the numbers at each site. In some circumstances when an event becomes oversubscribed we may need to select the number of officials we find appropriate for that particular event.

To make sure that we will have enough officials on hand at both Championships and qualifiers we ask that for each Championship day you sign-up for, you also sign-up for at least two qualifiers.
Lastly, due to the always positive interest in the Open Championship and the match play portions of the Amateur Championship, Women’s Amateur Championship and Junior Amateur Championship the Championship Committee will be managing the assignments for those particular events this season.
If you have an interest and availability to work those particular event, please email Shawn Bennett or Kevin Eldridge directly and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Mass Golf will be hosting our annual Rules Official/Tournament Volunteer Seminar at Walpole Country Club on Thursday, April 19th, 2018.
