The Finance, Investment & General Administration Committee supports the Board of Directors and staff on the Association’s fiduciary oversight and general administrative responsibilities. The Committee reviews and monitors the performance of investment managers, recommends investment policies, and provides guidance on investment strategy and related financial matters.

The Governance Committee identifies, evaluates, and recommends qualified and diverse candidates for leadership roles within the Association, including the Board of Directors, Officers, Advisory Board members, and committee members. The Committee also supports the Executive Director/CEO in orienting and educating Board and Committee members, and in developing policies and practices that promote effective governance. In addition, the Committee identifies candidates for the May Jackson & Frank H. Sellman Distinguished Service Award for consideration and approval by the Board of Directors.
