111th Massachusetts Open ChampionshipThe Massachusetts Open Championship will be contested for the first time since 2019. The event was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19. This will be the 7th time the event has been contested at Oak Hill CC.
Oak Hill is proudly celebrating its Centennial year in 2021 and has a rich history of hosting Mass Golf events. Beginning with the 1935 Massachusetts Open – won by Gene Sarazen – Oak Hill has hosted 15 Mass Golf Championships, 3 New England Amateurs, and 3 New England PGA Championships.
Beginning in 1905 by Donald Ross’ victory at Vesper Country Club, the state open has provided some of the most defining moments in Massachusetts golf history. The event will take place over three days of competition featuring the region’s top professional and amateur golfers.
