The 116th Massachusetts Open Championship returns to former host Oyster Harbors Club in Osterville, Massachusetts for the first time since 1942. This event is the only Mass Golf championship that features both professional and amateur golfers (144 players total) and has a professional purse ($75,000). Steven DiLisio, who made a 50-footer en route to his victory will be back to defend his title.
Beginning in 1905 with Donald Ross’ victory at Vesper Country Club, the Mass Open has provided some of the most defining moments in Massachusetts golf history. The event will take place over three days of competition featuring the region’s top professional and amateur golfers.
